1. General Information
Dr Shené Aesthetics (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides professional non-surgical medical aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to injectable treatments (e.g., neuromodulators, dermal fillers, skin boosters, and biostimulators) and advanced skin therapy services.
By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or visiting our premises, you (“the client”, “you”, “your”) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Appointments and Bookings

All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system, by phone, or in person.
A non-refundable booking fee or deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from your treatment total on the day of service.
Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at our discretion.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid forfeiture of your deposit.
“No-shows” or same-day cancellations will result in loss of the booking fee and may require pre-payment for future appointments.

3. Consultation and Consent

All new clients are required to attend a consultation before undergoing any treatment.
You must disclose complete and accurate medical information, including current medications, allergies, and medical history.
Treatment will only proceed after an assessment by a qualified practitioner and once you have signed the appropriate consent forms.
We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for you.

4. Payment and Pricing

Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the rate confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured.
Payments must be made in full on the day of service unless otherwise arranged in writing.
We accept EFT, debit/credit card, and selected mobile payment methods.
Promotional offers cannot be combined and are valid only within the stated period.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

5. Refund and Aftercare Policy

Due to the medical nature of our treatments, no refunds are provided for completed procedures.
Results vary per individual; no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
If any adverse reaction occurs, you must notify the clinic immediately and follow our aftercare instructions.
Touch-up or review appointments, if applicable, should be booked within the advised time frame.

6. Products and Retail Sales

Skincare or aesthetic products purchased in-clinic or online are non-returnable once opened or used.
Exchanges are only permitted if a product is found defective or incorrectly supplied.
Always follow usage instructions provided by our practitioners.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

All personal and medical information shared with Dr Shené Aesthetics is treated with strict confidentiality and in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Your information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except when required by law.

8. Liability and Disclaimer

Treatments are performed by qualified practitioners using approved medical-grade products and equipment.
While every precaution is taken, all aesthetic procedures carry potential risks. By proceeding, you accept these risks.
Dr Shené Aesthetics and its staff are not liable for complications arising from failure to follow pre- or post-treatment advice or for undisclosed medical information.
We do not accept responsibility for personal belongings lost or damaged on our premises.

9. Minors and Third-Party Attendance

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive injectable treatments.
Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian for consultations or skincare treatments.
For safety and privacy reasons, no children or additional guests are permitted in treatment rooms.

10. Photography and Marketing

Before-and-after photographs may be taken for medical documentation and, with your written consent, for marketing purposes.
You may withdraw consent for marketing use at any time in writing.
